Oh, SNOW!

This past week I got my first taste of what it is like to live in the snow. I haven't lived in snow since I was 7 so it has definitely been an interesting experience and a huge adjustment!

On Sunday I looked out my window and there was a fresh blanket of snow. I had no idea this could happen overnight! Thankfully my roommate, Kacie, drove me and Morgan to church so that we wouldn't have to walk :) After church we all came back to change into black shirts and scarves that my mom made for us (thanks again Mom!). We then went up the canyon in Springville to take pictures! It was SO cold! Nobody told us that converse type shoes are the worst shoes to wear in the snow! Once we got in the car again, my toes literally hurt cause they were so frozen. After freezing our tooshies off, we went to Kacie's house for dinner. Her mom made a roast dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and some other yummy food. It was delicious and we didn't have to cook!

Monday was my first day in falling snow. It was actually a pretty nice day and I thought the snow was beautiful! After that first day though, not too sure if I like the snow. I think I'm done with it. Good thing I will be going to good ol' Arizona in one week!! SO beyond EXCITED!!

Now on to study for finals.....and write this dang 8 page paper! Hate Anthropology...avoid at all costs!

Happy Winter to All! Love, Me
